The General Assembly of members is the supreme body of TCI and meets generally once a year during the Global Conference. The members of TCI decide, by majority of votes, the issues that are the responsibility of the Assembly.
The last meeting of TCI's General Assembly was held on 16 October 2018 in Toronto, Canada, during the 2018 Global Conference.
