GOVERNANCE

The TCI Bylaws regulate the internal governance structure of TCI. Power is equally divided among:

  • TCI members that, gathered in the General Assembly, actively direct the decision making process
  • Board of Directors, elected and composed by TCI members, is the executive body of TCI
  • Board of Advisors strategically impact on the decision of previous bodies
  • Secretariat organizes and coordinates the association.
